My career did not start in a server room. It started in restaurants, where the work was immediate, human, and unforgiving. I learned early that great service depends on awareness, timing, and trust. That perspective still shapes how I approach technology today: listen first, understand the real problem, keep the operation moving, and build systems that support people instead of getting in their way.
